HORS-PISTE 03 features a robust profile, where character, power, and elegance harmonize. From the Permata Gayo cooperative in northern Sumatra, this coffee bears the signature of its terroir with a deep, warm, and character-rich cup.

Despite its intense profile, it remains surprisingly balanced, with bright acidity and a lingering finish. On the palate, it reveals notes of dark chocolate, molasses, black pepper, and cedar.

Part of the Chien Champion x Café Charlevoix collection, HORS-PISTE 03 can be enjoyed as filter coffee, Italian style, or espresso.

Founded in 2013 in the heart of Baie-Saint-Paul, Café Charlevoix is an artisanal micro-roastery renowned for the quality and authenticity of its coffees.
