Ingredients:

• 1 package brie topping
• 20 ml (4 tsp) orange juice or orange liqueur
• 1 small round brie or camembert (225 g / 8 oz)
• 1 French baguette, thinly sliced and toasted

Preparation:

• Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
• Score the top rind of the cheese with a knife, or remove the top rind while keeping the sides and bottom rind intact.
• Place the cheese, cut side up, in an oven-safe pan or a brie baker.
• Pour the contents of the topping package into a small microwave-safe bowl.
• Add the indicated liquid and heat for approximately 25 to 30 seconds.
• Stir well to combine, then heat again in 25 to 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the mixture is well blended.
• Spread the topping evenly over the cheese.
• Place the pan or brie baker in the center of the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
• Remove from oven and serve with toasted baguette slices.
