Care & Use

Ingredients:

  • 1 package brie topping
  • 20 ml (4 tsp) orange juice or orange liqueur
  • 1 small round brie or camembert (225 g / 8 oz)
  • 1 French baguette, thinly sliced and toasted

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Prepare the cheese in one of two ways: score the top rind with a knife, or remove the top rind while keeping the side and bottom rinds intact.
  • Place the cheese, cut-side up, in a baking dish or brie baker.
  • Pour the contents of the brie topping package into a small microwave-safe bowl.
  • Add the orange juice or liqueur and microwave for about 60 seconds.
  • Spread the prepared topping evenly over the top of the cheese.
  • Place the uncovered dish in the center of the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, cover, and place on a serving plate. Arrange with toasted baguette slices and serve.
