Gaïa Rezerva organic extra virgin olive oil is crafted from a blend of Koroneiki and Mavrolia olives grown in family olive groves in Greece. Harvested and cold-pressed on the same day, the olives retain all their freshness, aromas, and natural benefits.

Its golden hue with green highlights reveals fresh, herbaceous aromas of olive and greenery, accompanied by subtle notes of green almond and ripe fruit. On the palate, it offers a velvety texture, lovely roundness, and a delicately peppery finish.

Gaïa Rezerva evokes the Mediterranean lifestyle and the bond between Greece and Quebec, a family story passed down through five generations.

Founded by Aristo, a lover of olive oil and fine dining, La Belle Excuse was born from a deep connection to the land and Mediterranean culinary traditions. Of Greek origin, but deeply rooted in Quebec, the brand offers exceptional products, crafted through artisanal expertise and carefully selected ingredients.

Whether it’s olive oils pressed on the very day of harvest, vinegars made using traditional methods, or flavorful confits and aromatics, every product embodies a quest for authenticity, quality, and taste.

La Belle Excuse is the perfect excuse to eat well, share, discover… and treat yourself.
