Periwinkle Beverage Pitcher 42 oz - GurglePot

The GurglePot pitcher is distinguished by its unique gurgling sound, produced when the air trapped in its tail is released after pouring. This original detail adds a touch of surprise and charm to each serving, making this pitcher an object that is both practical, decorative, and fun.

GurglePot is an iconic brand known for its distinctive gurgling pitchers. The concept originated in South Carolina, USA, in the late 1990s, when designer Matt Ellison created a pitcher inspired by fish shapes and functional decorative objects. The characteristic sound occurs naturally when liquid is poured, thanks to the container's internal shape.

Since its invention, the GurglePot has become both a utilitarian and decorative item, appreciated for its playful nature and timeless design. The brand primarily offers glazed stoneware pitchers, available in various colors and finishes, all designed for use both at the table and as a decorative vase.
